As the business volume scales, our processes, skill sets, and creativity must evolve; consistent with operating inside the most profitable industrial gas company in the world.The Rotoflow New Equipment Business Development Manager will be integral in influencing Rotoflow's go-to-market strategy in energy-related markets in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia. The Rotoflow New Equipment Business Development Manager will aggressively pursue new sales with responsibility for developing new opportunities, building customer relationships, and growing a portfolio of customers in the Energy industry to $10 MM in annual order intake. You will work closely with Rotoflow proposal management, marketing, and product development in addition to LNG and the Plant Sales team to drive order intake.Technical aptitude and familiarity with rotating equipment is preferred.Responsibilities include:Price, contract, and terms & conditions negotiationsFurther develop the Rotoflow turbomachinery sales pipeline in energy marketsRelationship building with key end users/customers, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies (EPCs), and Local Design Institutes (LDIs)Follow established business rules and processesLeverage data to analyze conversion rates and cost competitivenessProvide feedback to Product Development team on competitor landscape and trendsCollaboration with Aftermarket Selling teamContribution to marketing priorities and value propositionSupport project execution team customer communications and credit and collectionsChampion sense of urgency, market and results driven approach across team members and peersChampion diversity and inclusionJob Requirements:Demonstrated commercial success, with an emphasis on engineered to order equipment and technical selling experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Degree (BA/BS/BEng) with 8+ years of experience; technical background preferred.Familiarity with rotating equipment is preferred.Knowledge of and contacts in the global Energy industry.
