The ideal candidates are industry professionals with substantive business and management experience.Topics of interest and expertise are as follows to teach in theLeadership & Management Developmenttrack:

• Leadership and Management
• Communications
• Conflict Resolution
• Supervision
• DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)
• Microsoft Office
• Cloud based applications (Google, Office 365 [including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, etc.])Candidates must be available to teach Monday through Friday during business hours and have flexibility to travel to our campuses and possibly to local business facilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required from a regionally accredited Institution. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, extensive experience may be considered. Substantive business and management experience in topical areas required.Special Instructions:The number of instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department and the College.
