Job Description:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:
Business Marketing : Managing and marketing all events and
prospective clients; Email, print, social media, and event
marketing Listing Marketing : Listing onboarding, MLS Input and
managing the listing marketing plan Transaction and Contract
management : Manage all required forms and signatures are completed
in Docusign/Command, reply promptly to agents, clients, lenders,
and title companies regarding the transaction, Create listing and
buyer agreements, manage contract to close and post - closing
procedures. Business Management : Manage weekly tracking reports,
Monthly profit and loss, Monthly balance sheet, answer incoming
calls REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. Previous experience can be
working as an assistant, front desk, transaction coordinator, or
real estate agent.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per
hourBenefits: Flexible scheduleSchedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
