As part of the Myeloma Marketing team, you will report to Brand Lead and work with digital, sales, regulatory, market research, legal, patient advocacy, patient value and access, and medical affairs teams.How you will contribute:

  • Contribute to the development of annual franchise brand plan with responsibility for implementing key areas within the associated tactical plans
  • Manage associated budget and agency partners to provide innovative, impactful programs that promote the brand strategies and will lead a focused promotion channel, including non-personal/digital, and across multiple customer segments (HCPs, nurses, pharmacists)
  • Identify channel-specific innovations and propose how to incorporate within the brand tactical plan, and into the portfolio
  • Partner with multiple myeloma Digital lead to develop digital content for omnichannel platform and ensures execution of messaging and brand strategy
  • Deploy digital and non-personal promotional programs and tactics to ensure delivery against brand strategies, including development of work plans and routing of programs through the US Review Committee (USRC)
  • Partners with Head of Franchise to support pipeline development initiatives
  • Partner with Patient Marketing Lead to support development of patient initiatives
  • Partner with analytics - market research to distill insight, validate business opportunities, optimize marketing mix, campaign impact, audience targeting, and monitor return on investment (ROI) of individual tactics
  • Identify critical design elements for initiatives/promotions designed to inspire desired customer behavior change
  • Develop creative briefs for agency involvement
  • Promote collaboration with all cross functional partners, including digital, sales, regulatory, legal, analytics - market research/, competitive intelligence, patient advocacy, medical affairs, and patient value and access
  • Assess impact of competitive developments and support leaders in developing response plans
  • Develop non-personal promotion & digital key performance indicators (KPI) & operational reporting cross-brand standardizationMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:
    • BA/BS degree in business, marketing or science
    • Minimum of 5 years of commercial (marketing, sales, sales training, market access) including 2 years at least of digital experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences
    • Understanding of the drug development, regulatory review and commercialization processes for specialized products
    • Experience in representing the commercial perspective during the regulatory/legal review of launch promotional materials
    • Curiosity to understand best practices for channel marketing across industries; experience in proposing change and novel tactics for brand consideration
    • Experience in marketing strategy and tactic design and advising internal partners and external agencies
    • Experience liaising with the executive level
    • Leverage data and analytics to distill insights and guide data-based decision making
    • Established leadership traits with an ability to mentor junior team members, collaborate, and positively influence
    • MBA - preferred
    • Digital/ Omnichannel experience -preferred
