We are looking for an energetic, bright, self-motivated candidate who has a passion for quality who can help lead our company in the next stage of its development within our High Voltage High Power division. The person should be a critical thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
--- Develop the organization's quality and environmental management systems for compliance to ISO recognized standards.
--- Provide leadership of the quality organization to help drive a proactive approach with improvements within design, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
--- Align the quality objectives with the organization strategy.
--- Drive and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
--- Further develop the HV division for alignment with consistent practices from other XP locations.
--- Present and be the main interface on key account quality issues and instil confidence.
--- Quality planning in alignment with the organizational business plan.
--- Collaborate across other functions to help facilitate the documentation of processes.
--- Lead route cause and corrective action investigations utilizing quality tools.
--- Identify and further develop KPI's within the business to help drive towards Operational Excellence.
--- Lead quality system management reviews for the leadership team in helping drive continuous improvement.
--- Further enhance the organization through the use and implementation of various tools such quality plans, process flows.
--- The candidate will ideally come from the electronics industry with in-depth technical knowledge of electronic manufacturing and design concepts.
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
--- Able to work independently and successfully in a team environment.
--- Familiarity with quality principles; including 8D, fish bone, FMEA's.
--- IPC610 experience preferred.
