Responsibilities Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential Duties * Plans, directs and executes on the achievement of sales and profit goals for the OEM & International divisions. * Manages and directs the B2B sales, marketing and customer service functions and all related activities. * Assist in negotiations with customers with regard to contracts and supply commitments. * Evaluates and provides direction on new business opportunities. * Supports the planning, development and execution of B2B related projects. * Develops strategies to promote sales of existing product lines and company capabilities within existing OEM customers as well as new customer prospects. * Responsible for budgets and planning. * Collaborate with B. Braun affiliated companies on strategic customers and projects. * Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination. The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: * Requires breadth of organizational, professional field, and OEM / B2B industry knowledge. * Ability to integrate critical information from several diverse areas. * Champions advanced strategies and concepts. Supervision Given and Received: * Directs the activities of a broad functional area through division heads who are responsible for planning, budgeting, costs, methods and employees. * Determines actual organizational structure and allocation of resources. Qualifications Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required: * Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. * 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years management experience required. * Frequent business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
