Job Description:

The Human Resources (HR) Director will serve as the leader of the US HR team and a key member of the Global organization.The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence & partner with company leaders on talent assessment, succession planning, employee relations, employee and management development, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will lead and direct all US-based employees and will present regularly to Sr. Leadership to drive initiatives and has potential to move into a Global HR role.--Responsibilities:--- Manage co-employment call center set up and temp-to-perm agent staffing model--- Drives performance management, not just on an annual basis but throughout the year by coaching managers on appropriate goal setting, coaching, and feedback leading to the annual review process.--- Provides analysis of organization health by analyzing trends in attrition and turnover.--- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization---s HR and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.--- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits--- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees--- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, employee performance improvement plans, terminations, and investigations--- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.----- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law--- Administration of HRIS System including all year end processing (W2 & 1095c forms)--- Responsible for annual EEOC reporting, Payroll, Leave administration, recruiting and 401k--- Creates and revises job descriptions, Maintains and revises the company---s handbook----- Manage benefits annual open enrollment process----Requirements:--- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources required--- Bachelor---s Degree in Human Resources or related field required--- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, ADP and/or Kronos--- Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with constant change--- Leverages strong business acumen and analytic capability to integrate HR and business strategies--- Ability to apply and create ---best practice--- solutions--- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and have a bias for thoughtful action--- Skilled at building credibility and effective relationships and is a strong collaborator--- Demonstrated proficiency in coaching, influencing, negotiating, and managing conflict--- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations--- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityOPENYORKOPENAFIntegrity CB1
