At Olympus, we help make people's lives healthier, safer and more fulfilling, every day.Let's inspire healthier lives, together.Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of Sales Training, Leadership Pathways and Selling Skills will lead, develop and deliver the Leadership Pathways and Selling Skill curriculum. The Leadership Pathways curriculum will include the R. O.A.D. (RVP, Onboarding, And, Development), ELP (Emerging Leaders Program) and other continuing education courses for sales leaders and sales representatives. All IGNITE sales process and SALES selling skills will be owned and delivered by this training leader. Advanced selling skills to include C-suite selling, Leadership product Overview and Advanced Business Topics (ABT) will developed by this position.Job Duties

  • Work closely with BUVP (business leaders) and senior sales leaders to identify key selling challenges and skills to better serve our customers.
    • Will develop and deliver IGNITE sales process training at all levels of the organization.
      • Will develop and deliver IGNITE SALES selling skills at all levels of organization.
        • Develop and deliver Leadership Pathways curriculum to include ROAD, ELP and continuing education for sales leaders.
          • Project management for leadership portion of National Sales Meeting (NSM).
            • Team with other Sr. Managers of Sales Training to develop Field Sales Trainers (FST).
              • Develop coaching skills and lead company toward a digital coaching application.Job RequirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
                • Bachelor's degree required.
                  • Minimum of 5 years of selling and/or managing in the healthcare space.
                    • Other Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.): Travel 20%.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
                      • Strong presentations skills both live and virtually.
                        • Business writing skills to effectively use email communication.
                          • Has selling experience in hospitals.
                            • Work closely with executives (executive presence).
                              • Strong facilitation skills.
                                • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
                                  • Understands and follows company policies; encourages others to follow work rules; calls attention to actions that may violate policies and procedures.
                                    • Bases decisions on a systematic review of relevant facts and information; avoids making assumptions or rushing to judgment; provides clear rationale for decisions.
                                      • Accurately estimates resources and time required to complete projects; identifies and secures resources needed to complete tasks and initiatives; makes efficient use of resources.
                                        • Effectively balances risks and opportunities; thinks through potential positive and negative outcomes; looks for ways to mitigate risks.
                                          • Actively supports organizational goals and values; demonstrates enthusiasm toward the company's goals and mission; aligns actions around organizational goals.
