We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Global Director,
GBS Transformation at our Bethlehem, PA location. The Global
Director - Global Business Services (GBS) Transformation, under
minimal supervision, is responsible for directing the process
automation and operational excellence activities for Global
Business Services. This entails driving business process
transformation by deploying new process capability and innovations,
leveraging current ERP systems, and implementing new digital
technologies across Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to
Pay, and Payroll. Position Details:1. Lead the identification,
evaluation, and automation of GBS processes using but not limited
to ERP systems, robotic process automation, and the Microsoft
product suite.2. Collaborate with GBS, business unit, and IT ERP
and/or RPA personnel to analyze, design and implement new
processes.3. Responsible for workflow, planning, and project
quality.4. Develop and maintain a GBS Process Automation
Opportunity catalog for identifying opportunities to increase the
impact and efficiencies of GBS along with standardizing across
geographies and lines of business.5. Collaborate with various
stakeholders to ensure global alignment of priorities.6. Drive
continuous improvement and standardization within and across all
GBS tracks.7. Lead GBS's operational excellence program to meet
development and outcomes targets.8. Assist and advise regarding ERP
system upgrades and expansions.9. Facilitate voice of customer
driven initiatives, reporting, and resolution.
Other Duties and Responsibilities 1. Interact with internal and
external auditors as necessary.2. Perform special projects and
evaluations as needed.3. Other duties as assigned.
OE/Lean 1. Actively participates in the implementation of
sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily
Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.2. Manages
individual employee involvement in continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience:The requirements listed in the

Accounting, Business or related field Knowledge, Skills &
Abilities: 1. A minimum of ten years' experience in developing and
leading automation of business processes. 2. Familiarity with
Oracle e-Business Suite applications or similar ERP systems and
Microsoft suite (SharePoint and Power BI a plus).3. Experience
working in a matrixed global environment including in a GBS
environment. Experience with executing process transformation
initiatives and/or delivering enterprise systems. 4. Exceptional
management, communication, interpersonal and general business
skills required, along with strong mathematical, analytical,
organizational, and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the
ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications
with senior level management.6. Proven track record of overseeing
and managing multiple projects.7. Strong process expertise to be
able to design fit the processes.8. Strong change manager.
Comfortable with change, especially that which arises through
company growth. Able to lead a team effectively through times of
change.9. Strong management discipline and attention to detail.10.
High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple,
competing projects and priorities simultaneously.11. Positive and

Travel: Travel may occur domestically and internationally as
Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is typically required to regularly conduct work in a
controlled office environment, moving around the office as needed,
sitting at a desk, using office equipment, including but not
limited to a personal computer, fax machine, copier and telephone,
read, write, listen, speak, and understand English, have the

Hours: Must have ability to work the shift/number of hours in which
duties need to be accomplished, including overtime, holidays and
weekends, as necessary. Safety Training: A new employee hired to
perform the duties of this position is required to be provided New
Employee Training by a qualified individual or through the online
training system. Additionally, an employee must be provided further
training if a job duty/task has changes that will affect the health
and safety aspects of that employee's position. Additional
refresher safety training will be required as management deems
appropriate or as dictated by government regulations.
