Job Description:

The Assistant Director of Marketing will manage the marketing efforts of Hampton U Online from research and planning to execution and analysis. This position will also oversee the contact center recruitment operations. Duties and Responsibilities Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing programs or services. Develop a brand strategy. Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions. Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and contact manager. Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary. Provide tools and materials to enable the recruiting team to function effectively. Manage and refine the organization's social media presence. Manage and measure marketing campaign costs. Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs. Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization's databases and external data. Identify new partnership opportunities. Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials. Direct and implement Hampton U Online Contact Center operations including setting objectives, analyzing contact center metrics, ensuring that HU Online and the staff meet admissions goals, and providing reliable, and efficient customer service. All other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a marketing functional capacity within a higher education institution. Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage staff and multiple projects At least two years' experience as a marketing manager. Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities.
