Provide preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Meet with customers, evaluate their needs and make recommendations. Operate company vehicle Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times Utilize and maintain work order system to receive, update and complete calls. On-call status for emergency service as required Experience that matters most for our team : Ability to build strong customer relationships Proficiency in the service, troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC equipment A strong work ethic Dependability Job requirements : Maintain Valid Driver's License Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Continual development including earning NATE Certifications.
