Job Description:
At Cargill, our Maintenance Technician Lead plays a crucial role

operations. This position is pivotal in maintaining our commitment

oversee and manage maintenance operations within our facility,
ensuring all equipment and systems are running at peak performance
to support our mission of nourishing and sustaining the global
community. The ideal candidate will bring a robust knowledge of
mechanical systems, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a
strong commitment to operational excellence. Supervise and lead all
maintenance activities and staff, ensuring work is executed
efficiently and safely. Develop maintenance schedules and enforce
adherence to prevent and reduce equipment downtime. Train and
mentor team members on best maintenance practices and safety
protocols. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, proposing
and implementing cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with other
departments to improve production capacities and streamline
operations. Manage maintenance budget, ensuring optimal use of
resources and cost control. Conduct regular inspections and audits
to uphold safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and
managerial skills. Expert knowledge in mechanical systems and
troubleshooting. Proficiency in using maintenance management
software. Ability to analyze and implement process improvement
initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
