Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in energy innovation, is seeking a
seasoned Manager of Energy Efficiency Engineering to lead our
engineering initiatives promoting sustainable energy use. This role
is pivotal in crafting efficient solutions that align with both
customer needs and regulatory standards, ensuring our commitment to
sustainability and environmental stewardship across the United
States. As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee
the design and implementation of energy efficiency projects,
collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to propel
operational excellence and reduce environmental impact. Develop and
oversee the implementation of innovative energy efficiency programs
and projects. Lead a team of energy engineers in the audit, design,
and analysis of energy-saving projects tailored to customer needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing energy systems and propose
enhancements based on the latest technological advances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate energy
efficiency measures into broader operational and business
strategies. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal energy
standards and sustainability commitments. Manage project budgets,
timelines, and documentation, while ensuring all projects meet
technical and quality standards. Liaise with external consultants,
contractors, and other stakeholders to optimize energy conservation
and sustainability efforts. Strong proficiency in energy modeling
software and energy management systems. Excellent leadership,
organizational, and project management skills. In-depth knowledge
of energy systems, sustainability practices, and regulatory
compliance. Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic
recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively lead a team and manage stakeholder relations. Medical
