BerkOne is seeking an IT Integration Engineer with extensive Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax) experience to join our team. If you are a highly skilled and technical professional with a passion for implementing and improving workflows, we encourage you to apply for this dynamic role.WHAT YOU'LL DO:As a part of the Technical Integration Team at BerkOne, the IT Integration Engineer will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and enhancing document imaging, content management, and eForms workflows. This role involves working directly with clients and supporting their implementations, projects, and service tickets regarding their workflow solutions. Additional responsibilities include: Research, design, code, test, document, and implement project plans and workflows, including defining time frames, budget limits, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation.Develop and implement new technological and workflow methodologies to meet project requirements and enhance efficiency.Proactively assist in resolving project/workflow issues or incidents and conduct necessary quality assurance steps to ensure client and company requirements are met.Collaborate with department managers and project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and train personnel.Provide technical advice and issue resolution to project personnel and clients, as well as handle priority alerts and calls, including periodic handling of department help desk phone.Assist the team lead in creating technical workflows, process designs, and demos for clients.Additional duties as assigned.LOCATION + SCHEDULERemote Opportunity Must be willing to travel to Bethlehem, PA office for onboarding and infrequent on-site meetings (less than 10% of time) Full-time Position: Day Shift, Monday - FridayPAY + BENEFITS: Annual Salary: $72k - $84k, commensurate with experienceMedical, Dental, & Vision insuranceGenerous PTO - Vacation, Sick, Personal, Holidays!401(k) Profit SharingBasic Life InsuranceTuition ReimbursementTravel AssistanceEmployee Assistance ProgramLong Term DisabilityPreparation of WillsOptional pet insuranceThe ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and possesses a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The IT Integration Engineer will meet challenges with resourcefulness, be conscientious, thorough, and have strong interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or equivalent knowledge of commercial, technical and/or industry practice and principles; and Minimum 4 - 6 years related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesKofax Core Class, KTM and Base KTA CertificationsExpert knowledge of Tungsten Automation products/features Including Tungsten TotalAgility, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) & Kofax Capture (KC) Working knowledge and experience with the following: Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat WinZip & FTPs SQL management studio & basic .NET skills At BerkOne, open and honest communication is the mobilizing force that maintains the integrity of our company.
