Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A behavioral specialist with
BCBA certification is needed for a K-12 public school setting to
support autistic students. This contract position spans the
2025/2026 school year in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role is
based in a school environment with a focus on autism support,
working primarily with K-6 students across five classrooms. The
position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45
p.m., providing structured behavioral interventions and support to
enhance student learning and development. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
tailored to students with autism. Collaborate with educators and
staff to develop personalized behavior intervention plans. Monitor
progress and adjust strategies based on data and student needs.
Provide direct support to students within five autistic support
classrooms. Facilitate communication among teachers, parents, and
specialists to ensure a cohesive approach. Qualifications: Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Prior
experience working in K-12 school settings, specifically with
students diagnosed with autism. Strong knowledge of behavior
management techniques and autism spectrum disorder. Ability to work
collaboratively with educational teams to promote positive
outcomes. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Located
