All qualified candidates will be contacted! Experience in Construction/Manufacturing or Production (Preferred) Job Description Perform production of Millwork and products. You will be responsible for moving, handling, and listing wood pieces and millwork to process through production. Responsibilities may include packing orders, building out crates, finishing work, sanding products down, and pushing boards. Responsibilities Perform production tasks including handling and processing wood pieces. Pack orders and build out crates for shipment. Conduct finishing work such as sanding products. Push boards and other materials through production processes. Work independently with minimal direction. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Evaluate the quality of finished products according to visual and documented standards. Comply with company PPE policy. Conduct tool checks and preventative maintenance on tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills Experience in production or general production environments. Proficiency with hand tools. Exp in carpentry or construction. Experience as a pallet builder or general laborer. Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in flooring and general labor. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Egg Harbor City, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
