of the Email Marketing Coordinator: Core responsibilities are
focused on email operations to execute various email marketing
campaigns end-to-end by following established production processes.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Creative development, backend set-up, scheduling, deployment,
and performance analysis with limited oversight
- Attending internal stakeholder consultative meetings & taking
direction from Sr. Manager, Email Marketing, on developing complete
client solutions
- Gathering and/or developing creative assets, code, and testing
email templates
- Building audience segments, shepherding campaigns through
approval gates, deploying approved emails, and reporting on
performance
- Supporting lighter weight email drops/campaigns independently
or with little oversight
- Act in a support capacity for the email marketing team to
facilitate effective collaboration with campaign's internal
stakeholders across the company B2B and B2C. Help set up calls and
outline call agendas
- For each assigned campaign, help gather and organize assets,
know deadlines and other key dates, as well as understand campaign
goals/business needs
- Actively participate in in-team planning sessions by bringing
up innovative ideas and suggestions, based on Candidate's knowledge
of the modern email marketing practices, benchmarks and/or industry
trends
- Following Sr. Manager's directions, proceed to development of
campaign/program assets, including building templates, segments and
a campaign canvas in Eloqua, coordinating landing page development
with a Web Development team, obtaining stakeholders' approvals, and
activating ready-to-launch campaigns on schedule
- Help manage and maintain Email Marketing Master Calendar and
alert Sr. Manager about any audience overlaps and provide campaign
development status updates, affecting drop schedule
- Know and actively use in a daily work Brand Guidelines and the
Library of Email Template components. Help develop new components
as appropriate
- Be aware of larger Digital Marketing initiatives and take
holistic approach to campaign management, ensuring a close
alignment with Integrated Digital Marketing campaigns and cohesive
marketing communications across channels
- Partner with Social Media and Content Marketing & SEO teams on
developing compelling email marketing communications, including
email copy/messaging
- Develop email template HTML by writing code from scratch, using
component code snippets, or a combination of those to ensure clean
rendering across email clients
- Understand data structure and list segmentation within the
email marketing platform (Relational / SQL Tables)
- Assist email marketing team members in the Eloqua
database/record management; specifically, the DB clean-up practices
and projects
- Measure effectiveness of email campaigns against major KPIs;
prepare comprehensive reports and analysis. Present data to key
stakeholders and propose future campaign optimizations, as
appropriate What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 2 - 3 yrs. experience at a medium/large national brand
in an Email Marketing-specific role
- Must have intermediate level of HTML hands-on experience
- Must have strong, hands-on CSS coding skills
- Practical knowledge of Best Practices and industry standards
applicable to email template design, coding and deployment
- Image editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and
Illustrator)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Understanding of IA/UX & web design principles and how those
differ or apply to email template design
- Knowledge of CAN SPAM, Privacy Policy fundamentals for email
marketing and list management
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required, with Major in Marketing

position is $65,000- $75,000, plus opportunities for bonus,
benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range
represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on
various factors including but not limited to relevant skills,
