for a creative & outgoing Social Media Manager to join our team.
This is a HYBRID role candidate should be able to come into the
office for meetings as needed in Bethlehem, PA.The Social Media
Manager will be responsible for creating, scheduling and posting
content across the social platforms on a daily basis. Your success
will be measured by user engagement, brand awareness and audience
growth. You should be comfortable owning tasks from conception to
testing and execution. The ideal candidate has established a track
record as a dedicated, proactive and positive team player and is
ready for their next challenge. What you will be doing:Create daily
posts for social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
and LinkedIn Work closely with department members to support
marketing needs, goals and outcomes.Generate content for key brand
initiatives as an industry leader, aligning with brand voice and
aesthetic.Promote social efforts across departments (i.e.,
marketing, sales, events).Manage a weekly content calendar that is
approved by VP, Marketplace.Research and keep up to date on social
media trends, tactics and competition.Think creatively about ways
to increase brand awareness, optimize engagement and continually
grow a targeted following on social media.Manage and maintain
private groups, community and customer service on social.Assist
with overall site and brand digital strategy.Assist in development
of new sites/programs.Assist with sales programs online/creation of
social programs.Attend and participate in annual trade show and
other events as needed.Skills you should have:Bachelor s degree (or
equivalent experience) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or
similar discipline (required).3-5 years of experience in a
professional social media or influencer marketing, managing
strategy & implementation in a corporate or agency setting.
---Advanced knowledge of social media channels, including but not
limited to: Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
is required.Expert knowledge of all thing s social media, including
organic and paid promotion/campaigns.Excellent planning and project
