We Are Looking for Someone Who:Seeking a detail-oriented project manager to be part of an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities within in our In-House Creative team The Project Manager will take an active role in the day-to-day management of the team's output. This role will shepherd the end-to-end creative development process through the agency beginning with kickoff and through asset completion. The position reports into the Executive Creative Director. Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as the main conduit for creative with internal and external team members on creative projects.
  • Main point of contact for organization for all non-marketing/sales related creative requests.
  • Establish creative schedules and manages all projects to milestones, including project kick offs, internal creative reviews, and handoffs between internal and external partners.
  • Ensures all creative brief requirements are met, creative feedback is consolidated, reviewed, and met.
  • Leads creative/marketing weekly project review meeting, establishing agenda, defining outputs and communicating next steps, consolidating creative/copy direction and edits discussed in meeting.
  • Utilizes established tools for managing workflow, timetables, and budgets.
  • Manages creative services/production budget.
  • Assists in asset management for creative projects, understanding usage/license parameters as needed.
  • Contribute and collaborate with Executive Creative Director and SVP of Marketing to develop and establish creative processes that maximize quality of work, workflow and efficiency. Job Requirements
    • Min. of 2yrs experience of agency/brand/creative services project management experience. Direct CPG experience a plus.
    • Understanding and working knowledge of end-to-end creative development processes across various channels and asset types.
    • Solid understanding of graphic design process for printed materials. (Packaging, POS, Merchandise etc.)
    • Appreciates the art of dotting the I's and crossing the T's with a strong attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational skills required to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with multiple key stake holders at once while adhering to timelines and budgets.
    • A natural networker, easygoing with great communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
    • An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced environment and a bold approach to problem solving.
    • Tech savvy, Proficient in Office Suite; Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop a plus, knowledge or willingness to learn project management software Monday.com
