-Job Summary -(Position can be located in Bethlehem, PA or Houston, Tx) - The marketing specialist is an individual contributor role responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that promote RMS capabilities to our global customer base. The position combines working independently along with collaboration through RMS' product managers, sales team and customer interactions. Objectives of this Role Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, capabilities, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness Lead all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, with special focus on purchasing trends to understand how marketing activity turns into customers Responsibilities Essential Job Functions : Formulate ideas for creative marketing campaigns Drive content for direct customer communications - newsletters, email blasts Expand RMS social media presence and internet marketing strategy Develop effective advertising strategies Perform event planning for tradeshows Coordinate customer awareness and training sessions Oversee RMS promotional gifts inventory Optimize content of RMS website Develop brochure content and facilitate distribution Establish brand guidelines Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation Participate in Industry Sponsored Market groups Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques & tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions General: The above list of activities is not all inclusive but a general representation of the requirements of a RMS Marketing Specialist.
