    As our Office Administrator, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant and meaningful contribution to the success of BSI and its clients through the following core job responsibilities
    • Manage, oversee and support the needs of the office including responding to staff needs for help with equipment or vender issues, coordinating special meetings and events, and greeting and assisting visitors.
    • Acts as a liaison with our IT vendors to set up and troubleshoot computers, phones, printers and other equipment
    • Handle administrative functions for the office such as answering incoming calls, creating professional correspondence, creating reporting, and calendar management (individual and for the Agency Principal).
    • Act as a liaison to our outsourced HR team to assist with onsite needs related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration and other HR needs.
    • Manage and maintain vendor relationships ensuring that all supplies/services are ordered and on-time, including the weekly food order for the office.
    • Expense Management to include obtaining, examining and documenting expenses and reporting necessary information to the designated Finance team member. Executive Team Expense Report preparation.
    • Provides high level support to the Executive Team and supports the CEO/Agency Principal Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or similar area
      • Advanced computer skills inclusive of the Microsoft Office Suite
      • Attention to detail and the ability to execute with accuracy
      • A high energy level and the ability to work under significant pressure with frequent interruptions
      • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to concurrently handle issues
      • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
      • Professional communication skills, both oral and written, as well as the ability to be an effective listener
      • Capable of working in a fast-paced, collaborative and results driven environment
      • Ability to work as part of a diverse cross-functional team
