Job Description:

materials industry, is seeking a skilled Claims Administrative
Assistant to join our dynamic corporate team. Established in 1968,

customer service. The successful candidate will provide essential
support to our claims processing team, ensuring efficient
operations that adhere to company and regulatory guidelines. Assist
in the preparation and processing of claims reports and
documentation. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and
other stakeholders to gather necessary claim documentation and
information. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims files and
databases. Support the claims team in handling inquiries and
resolving issues. Provide administrative support including
scheduling, correspondence, and managing claim deadlines.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the effectiveness of
claims management processes. Prepare and distribute regular reports
on claim status and resolution outcomes. Strong organizational and
administrative skills Proficiency in MS Office and data management
software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability
to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Attention to
detail Knowledge of industry-standard claims processes Medical
Insurance 401k Certification in Office Administration (COA) is a
plus. Candidates with experience in insurance or claims management
software will be considered favourably.
