Job Description Part Time: Administrative AssistantAre you a bright professional with experience in an office setting? Are you organized and able to work independently? Do you have exceptional attention to detail and an ability to complete error-free work? Are you computer-savvy? If so, you may be the person we are looking for to join our team. At Elevate Wealth Planning we are committed to building solid, long-term relationships with our clients and pride ourselves in paying attention to the details that make every client's financial plan unique. We focus on developing relationships with each of our clients to best understand their personalities and provide them with the best service and experience possible.Part-time position with approximately 15 hours per weekPrincipal responsibilities

  • Candidate must be compassionate, loyal, hard-working, friendly, team player with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, possess the ability to make independent decision problem solving and be able to positively interact with clients
  • Consistently check and complete tasks assigned
  • Make recommendations to systematize and improve office functioning
  • Complete all forms correctly and submit them in a timely manner
  • Track pending business paperwork; update pending business summary sheet for advisor's attention when documents are outstanding; track and tally all outstanding work weekly
  • Update CRM systems
  • Perform mail merge for mailings, as directed by advisor
  • Use COMMunity Link to access Commonwealth resources
  • Regularly review Commonwealth news items, technology updates, and e-mail communications; report pertinent information back to advisorRequired knowledge/skills/competencies
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Three years' experience in an administrative role or experience in financial services or professional setting.
    • Superior organizational skills
    • Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly
    • Ability to fill out forms exactly
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourSchedule:
