Job Description

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:

As a Business Development Scheduler, you will primarily be responsible for working with Property POCs to manage and drive scheduled appointments according to POC needs, install provider coverage, and technician capacity.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to provide effective communication to internal and external stakeholders, data efficacy, and flexibility to customers to ensure their needs are met.
You will analyze data to solve challenging operational business goals, as well as develop creative processes to improve your team's performance.
You will directly work with ops management and tech teams to develop scale-able, long-term solutions which will have a significant impact on the Key for Business team.

Required Skills

Effective customer service skills
2+ years working directly with customers, customer accounts
2+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience pulling and reporting data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, and/or other data management systems)
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

Preferred Skills

2+ years work experience in call center / customer service
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in Sales Force or similar scheduling software

Story Behind The Need - Business Group & Key Projects

Taking inbound leads acting as a scheduler for the whole team so they can keep the focus on selling
This is not a backfill
Possibility to convert to full-time once tenure is reached

Typical Day In The Role

Candidate will be support for the sales team.
The focus will be identifying the jobs that did not get scheduled with the POC.
Build a process that finds jobs that did not get scheduled.
Get the soft hand over from the sales team after they are qualified.
Key for business - offer seamless entry for the installer
Client Key for Business is a smart fob that allows Client drivers to enter a building and deliver shipments without the assistance of the building's staff.
PT 8am to 5pm hours
