Job Description Job Description Our client, a long?standing residential real estate owner/operator with multiple apartment complexes, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands?on accounting, a steady workload, and a collaborative office environment. About the Role You will be responsible for traditional bookkeeping for several apartment complexes, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and tenant accounting. What You’ll Do Manage full?cycle bookkeeping for multiple residential properties Process accounts payable and receivable Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger Track rent payments, tenant balances, and security deposits Prepare monthly financial reports for ownership Assist with year?end reporting and external accountants What We’re Looking For 3 years of bookkeeping or property accounting experience Strong understanding of AP/AR and general ledger entries Residential real estate experience a plus Ability to work fully on-site Detail?oriented, organized, and dependable Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with profit sharing Standard vacation and sick time Stable company with long?term growth potential
