Group has partnered with a growing mortgage company to find
multiple Branch Managers in South Florida. As the Branch Manager
you will be responsible for supervising the branch as well as
originating loans. You will manage a team to include various loan
and marketing roles. The ideal candidate will have previous
experience as a Branch Manager, be sales-oriented and
self-motivated, hold a Loan Originator license with all applicable
knowledge around credit underwriting, eligibility requirements and

now! Responsibilities : Drive branch growth by establishing and
maintaining strong referral relationships with realtors, builders,
and developers to continuously generate new business. Lead, mentor,
and motivate a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Originators
(MLOs) to achieve maximum production and sales targets. Oversee all
aspects of branch operations, including the recruitment, training,
and ongoing development of staff to ensure adherence to proper
techniques and company standards. Manage the end-to-end loan
process, from initial customer counseling, pre-qualification, and
application through collecting documentation and monitoring loa
status until closing. Ensure loan quality and compliance by closely
monitoring MLO-originated loans to confirm they align with company
policy and guidelines, while also managing compensation and
production balance. Qualifications/Background Profile : Must hold a
Mortgage Loan Originator license Thorough knowledge of pricing and
underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies.
Working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility
requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs and
private investors. Familiar with local, state and national laws
(e.g. zoning ordinances, Truth-in Lending, RESPA, energy audit
requirements, etc.) Sales-oriented self-starter. This job is Hybrid
