Job Description:

Full-time, hybrid position Lead billing and revenue cycle operations for a growing multi-specialty healthcare group Oversee all billing functions: charge capture, claims submission, payment posting, collections, A/R management, and appeals Supervise and mentor billing staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Monitor and resolve claim denials and payer rejections Prepare and analyze financial reports, including A/R aging, collections, and reimbursement trends Ensure compliance with coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payer requirements Collaborate with providers, administrators, and front-office teams to streamline workflows and optimize reimbursement Stay current with payer policies and healthcare regulations Requirements 5 years of progressive medical billing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and insurance regulations Proficiency with EMR/EHR and billing software Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
