Berkheimer Business Services provides financial, accounting, compliance auditing, planning and analysis to our internal customers. We are currently seeking a research-driven, analytical individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst in our Pen Argyl, PA office! WHAT YOU'LL DO:As an integral part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial information to assist clients in making sound business decisions. The successful candidate is highly analytical and can interpret data, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and thoroughness.Additional responsibilities include:Analyze monthly financial results and compare performance to the business plan, the forecast, and the prior year figuresProvide explanations for all significant variances, anomalies, trends, etc.Compile data and assist in documentation of business processes and departmental tasks Consistently meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of all financial information in a professional and business-like mannerPerform other accounting, analytical, technical, and clerical tasks as neededLOCATION + SCHEDULEOn-site in our Pen Argyl, PA office Once released from training (-4 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position as business needs dictate and if performance is maintained Full-time Schedule Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM No weekends!
