Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a OSP Engineer - III in New York
City.Candidates must be local.
Role requires 2 days/week in office (southern NYC/Manhattan)
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Fiber/plant designDetermine cable path and equipment locations for
telecom facilities.Performing physical surveys in the
fieldReviewing prints, managing adjustments.Coordinating with
Construction to schedule work, access, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years experienceStrong understanding of OSP engineering and
building/fios infrastructureFiber and CopperKnowledge of local
practices, right of way, property rights, and permit
acquisition.Strong computer skills.
